Please note that for hygiene reasons, intimate apparel and swimwear must have the protective seal intact to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request

Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are attached, and include your printed return authorization form.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
